Our 5 Clubs

Every week, children come to their ReadUP Reading Club and get a bag of books that matches their reading level. Volunteers work one-on-one with each child, helping with any challenging words. Then the children take the books home to practise reading through the week.

You can join any time during the school year and there are no fees.
Just show up to sign up.

It is a drop-in format, so best to arrive within the first half-hour so we will have time to work with your child – you can expect to spend about 20-25 minutes at the club. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

ReadUP clubs take place at the following locations:

Eastview is a multi-service, community-based organization located in the eastern part of downtown Toronto.
